Our lodge is located at 1753 Alpine Av. NW, one block south of Ann St.

With a maximum capacity of 225 people our lodge is available for wedding receptions,
private parties, fundraisers, or any other event one would like to host.
Our recently renovated facility has a large dance floor and beautiful ‘L’
shaped oak bar.

Rates & Deposits

Members use rates and security deposits for a 6 hour block

Active member:  $250 with a $150 deposit

Associate member:  $350 with a $150 deposit

 

Non-members rate and security deposit for all day use:  

$1200 with a $1200 deposit

 

Use rate and security deposit for a 3 hour block

Active members only, $125 with a $150 deposit

 

Charities:

All charities $800 with a $800 deposit

Board must vote to waive or lower the rate

Waived or lower rate will replace monetary donation to that Charity for that year.

 

Use of Audio/Video Equipment:

Members: $25

Non-members: $50

 

 

Rules

 

Rules for 6 hour Use:

Any 6 hour block with 1 additional hour at the end for clean up

Users may pay $15 per hour for additional time needed prior to the event to setup or to prepare for the event

Pop fee $50

Users must end their event no later than midnight and be completely out of the building at 1am

 

Rules for 3 hour Use:

Strictly 3 hours, no extra hour for clean up

No use of the keg taps (BYOB only)

Pop fee $50

 

Charity Use:

Users must end their event no later than midnight and be completely out of the building at 1am

No time limit (6hour block does not apply)

Pop fee $50 (unless waived by the board)
